Netizens proves it's Andrea's sister, Suspect apologized
Few hours ago, around 10pm of July 10,2015. A man named Rural Jonathan posted a video with a caption : "eto po yun" which contains the private video of a girl that was expected to be Andrea "Annaliza" Brillantes. And it spread around the country so fast.
Many proves it is not edited and they based their decisions on the background of the video and the background of the actress' house, also, the face is just like her. But is it Andrea Brillantes ?

video, in additional to her nail polish which is black, it proves that the girl
is the older half sister of the actress. We can still repair what the others destroyed;
let's fix it by letting them know this new issue. It might be a bad impact to
her "sister" but can save the actress from danger.
Rural Jonathan, the one who posted the video, ask for an
apology stating that he is ready for any case and punishments and is willing to
accept it. It is also said that he was posting it to groups where they
categorize it as “CANDY” Which means “CHILD PORNOGRAPHY” in the deep web.
The one who posted and the one who shared the video can be given an imprisonment with the case of human violence and child abuse (as you are spreading a hoax and giving shame to a child) and also Cyber bullying
