As seen in the picture, it is in sepia mode which strengthen the experts' thoughts, It is so easy to edit picture and make it real if it's a 1 color picture. Sarah Geronimo doesn't have any response with this issue.
This picture is a kind of trick used by any hackers or netizens who want to have referral clicks on their site which they can make money in different country rates, please be aware of this.
